Advance Payment:
Minimum 60% advance payment is required to confirm the project. This amount covers the cost of the website theme, hosting, domain, and plugins. The remaining 40% must be paid after the website is completed and before it is handed over.
Payment Terms:
The remaining payment must be made within 30 days after the website is completed. No delays or excuses will be accepted beyond this period under any circumstances.
Project Handover:
The website and all login details will be provided to the client only after full payment is received. A short meeting will be arranged to explain how to use and manage the website.
Project Confirmation and Refund Policy:
Once the advance payment is made, the project will be considered confirmed. After confirmation, the project cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, and no refund will be provided.
Project Timeline:
Synxrise Technologies will complete the project within the timeline mentioned in the agreement. Any delay from the client’s side (for example, not providing content or approvals on time) will extend the delivery date.
Post-Development Support:
After the free maintenance period, any major updates or changes will be charged based on the work required. Only minor text or image changes will be done free of cost during the maintenance period.
Agreement:
By paying the advance amount, the client agrees to all the above terms and conditions of Synxrise Technologies.
